WHAT IS RECON?
Recon (REceiver CONtroller) is a solution that RCN provides to our customers in order to provide a quick
and efficient means of controlling the satellite receivers used to receive programming from RCN. The
application can be downloaded and installed by following the application installation procedure below
Recon is currently available as a standalone application to that can be run on any Windows computer. A
web-based solution is also available that allows you to control your receiver from any web browser.

FAQ
Can I use this software to control my other Dish Network receivers that are not
provided by Roberts?
No. This receiver can only control receivers that have been
provided by Roberts.
What are the hardware requirements?
Recon requires a computer running Windows 10
or greater.
What is the cost?
There is no cost for the software.
